USPS Delays

To Our Customers,

We have recently received several inquiries regarding shipped orders and their current non-delivered status from the U.S. Postal Service. 

In some cases, orders were packaged and shipped within 1 day of order and have been in the possession of the USPS for 14 days or more. 

As a US Veteran Owned Small Business, we deliberately support the United States Postal Service as our primary method of delivering orders to our customers.

Under normal circumstances, this has not been an issue however, it is clear from our correspondence with many of you that during this pandemic, the USPS has NOT been able to fulfill its obligations in a timely manner and have missed the mark.

We sincerely apologize for any challenges this has caused. We recognize how disappointing this may impact the holiday if orders are not delivered before Christmas and we have just 2 days left.

We want to let you know that we are monitoring the situation and are sadly anticipating offering alternate methods of delivery to our customers in 2021.

We are reaching our to the USPS on our customers behalf directly. If you have not received your order and it has been in possession of the USPS for more than 5 days, please reach out to us so we can include you in our inquiries.

If there is anything else we can do, please let us know immediately.
